Con Mucho Arte

Con Mucho Arte is the name of this festival. This month will be full of Art and Culture. All the events will take place in the magnificent Angela Peralta Theater; all the artists performing are from the Centro Municipal de Arte (The City Art Center). The program as follow:

Friday, October 8th

The Juvenal Symphonic Orchestra
Will be performing The Toys - Edmund Angerer also Peter and the Wolf - Sergei Prokofiev

Tuesday, October 12th


Choir Concert.
Performing Mexican music expressing patriotism and Love for the Aztec land on the bicentennial.

Friday, October 15th

We will enjoy a very interesting Fusion of metals and guitars playing together to give form to a spectacular presentation of Dance.

Friday, October 22nd

Two beautiful pieces created and directed by Maestra Zoila Fernandez, they are El seccuestro y el Danzón de Almendra; students from the the Professional Dance School.

All the events will take place at Angela Peralta Theater at 8:00 P.M and tickets cost $50 pesos.

Friday, October 28th

To close the festival it will be a free event on Plaza Machado at 7:00 P.M and La Tambora will be playing on the central kiosko.
