The Countryside In Sinaloa And The Impressive Value Of Mazatlan Real Estate






El Rosario is considered the point of encounter of the Totorame and Spanish culture. In 1780 it used to be the wealthiest town in the area because of the mines. Nowadays, the port of Teacapan still preserves its native essence making of this town the ideal place for ecological tourism lovers. A boat trip will take us along the mangrove estuaries towards Bird Island, which is located almost at the limits of our neighboring state of Nayarit. Take a boat ride and as you enjoy it, fish will jump near you and you will have the view of the estuaries where pelicans, sea gulls and white heron take their daily sunbathe. As an extra attraction, you might be followed by friendly dolphins.

The Sea Shell Pyramid. If you love to be in contact with mother nature and to live an ecological adventure, come and enjoy seeing the unique pyramid 72 feet high made of sea shell over 4,000 years ago… during the way to get to the pyramid you could enjoy to have a wonderful ride by boat thru cannals completely covered by a deep vegetation where you will see the incredible huge tiger heron birds as other tropical birds, after the boat ride you can walk on swamps, lagoon shores and weak sand reason for which you must be in excellent health conditions, the area is very tropical and it seems you step back in time when seeing nothing but jungle, estuaries, lagoons, mountains. Once on top of the pyramid you will have a great sensation when seeing miles and miles with the most primitive view.

Just in the boundaries of Sinaloa and Nayarit.
La Tovara. A full day tour to visit one of the great jungles of Mexico well known as the Mexican amazons, La Tovara is located in the nearby state of Nayarit, there you can navigate along streams and swamps covered by mangroves and a deep vegetation as far as to the crystal waters full of fishes, here you can swim and admire giant iguanas, alligators, colorful birds and all kind of flora and fauna, you can also visit the old port of San Blas and the forth in ruins where from you will see an incredible view of mountains, ocean, beaches and a jungle of palm trees.
Mexcaltitlán and Aztec Island

In the nearby state of Nayarit exist an island located among rivers, swamps and estuary named Mexcaltitan, the birthplace of the Aztec civilization that departed from here in 1089, get to know this unique place in Mexico known as the Mexican Venice due that the streets flood during the rainy season or during a hide tide. The natives are used to live in a circle island that seems an imposible place to live when seeing the deep river covering any access to the island by land… you will also visit the town of Santiago Ixcuintla where you will see the colorful tiles murals that describe the history of Mexico thru the pass of the years.
