MAY

On these dates at the art museum local teatro groups presents, theater, concerts, exhibits and marionette show.
· 21-23
Surf Music Festival.
Professional Surfers and body boarders ( about 400 ) from all Mexico, converge on Mazatlan for this Festival. Multiple bands, Fashion Shows with the latest beach and surf wear, Ecology area featuring films and competition in 3 sites and different categories as Seniors, Masters, Men and Woman and Juvenile to win a spot on the Mexican Pro teams and travel to the world Championship in July.
Main stage: Camaron beach ( between Valentino’s and Joe’s Oyster bar; smaller stages Playa Bruja and Los Pinos. From 8:00 AM to
4:00 PM.

Skateboard Expo.
Free event at German Evers Gymnasium, The whole family is welcome, in memory of local skater and artist Nino Rata will be demonstrations by pro skaters, a skateboarding photo exibhits and art show. From 2-10 PM.

Annual event for youth
Outdoor rock & pop concerts. Stages will be in different sites in downtown and Centro Histórico.
· Thursdays Danzon
Every Thursday at Martiniano Carvajal park from 5-7 PM ( across from Fisherman’s Monument ). Everybody is Welcome to watch the dancers or step up yourself.
· Thursdays and Saturdays Walking Tours
Walking tours of Centro Histórico led by locals. Bilingual. From
10 AM to 1:00 PM. Organized by Recrea.
· Fridays Classical Music
From 7-8 PM at Viva Sinaloa Museum, just one block from Plaza Machado.
