A great fishing day for Daniel from Fresno California, he catch this beautiful strip marlin and 40 mahi-mahi. With him, dad, grandpa, unlce and brother. They also call him Gallo Blanco

Susan and Kurt

From Clevaland Ohio, Kurt and Susan had a great experience fishing with Nautica Costa Bonita fishing fleet. Kurt catch a blue marlin and Susan a strip marlin and release a sail fish. They went out fishing on boar of a super panga named Johny Bravo with captain Juanito and guess what?

They are going again on Saturday. Some people have asked what do they do with all that fish?

Well, the fisherman take home some of it, but most of it is donated to the orphanage and other charity institutions. So they double enjoy it by fishing and by helping others.

20:00 hrs. Welcome mixer to all contestant’s and skippers

Thursday 10

07:00 hrs. Inauguration of the IV International Billfish Tournament,
Inmediatly following the ceremony the Tournament will be
Officially underway.
17:00 hrs. Return to the Marina Mazatlan pier.

Friday 11

06:00 hrs. Departure from official pier.
17:00 hrs. Return to official pier.
20:00 hrs. Dinner Party at Nautica Costa Bonita.

Saturday 12

06:00 hrs. Departure from official pier.
17:00 hrs. Return to official pier.
21:00 hrs. Awards Dinner and closing of the Tournament at the Hotel
Sede Crown Plaza Mazatlan Resort.

Dia de la Música
This anual festival began 7 years ago. It is free in all six stages spread
Throughout Centro Histórico. Salsa, rock, mariachi, brass & percussion
Ensembles, flamenco and more will all be featured as multiple bands play at each other site. Stages will be at Machado; Niños Heroes & Mariano Escobedo; Olas Altas; Venustiano Carranza ( in front of the art museum); and two on calle Venus. From 7-11 PM.
